Pay rate: $23.09 / hour In this entry level position, you can enjoy paid on the job training and development programs to take your career to the next level This position provides the perfect balance if you enjoy computers and learning new programs. You will be able to utilize our reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes all while interacting with the customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner This is not a repetitive 9-5 job. Requirements
- Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds
- Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver's license; some license restritctions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role.
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Create a positive start to a passenger’s trip
- Provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience
- Utilize our reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes all while interacting with the customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner
- Lift the customers’ bags onto the belt
- Load, unload and sort freight, mail and baggage in a safe manner while also achieving on-time departures and arrivals
- Lift luggage throughout your shift
- Get the bags to their destination
- Work outside in all weather conditions
