You will be able to utilize our reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes all while interacting with customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner. This is not a repetitive 9-5 job. Our shifts may vary and include irregular and/or extended hours, weekends, and holidays. Requirements

• Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant, state driver’s license or passport.
• 18 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
• Utilize reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
• Load, unload and sort freight, mail and baggage in a safe manner.
• Achieve on-time departures and arrivals.
• Lift customers’ bags onto the belt.
• Drive company vehicles on the tarmac to deliver bags.
• Work outside in all weather conditions.
