About The Position
Archer is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join the Airline Operations team at Archer. This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in various aspects of Airline Operations. The intern will work on projects associated with new and evolving regulations for eVTOL aircraft such as performance based reserves and aircraft health monitoring. They will develop operational metrics, collect and analyze data to identify trends, track key performance indicators, and provide insights for project optimization. Additionally, the intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reduction, participate in the management of FAA certification projects, and draft and communicate project updates to key stakeholders and Archer leaders on progress and barriers to success. The role includes rotation through the major functional areas of Archer Air, specifically focused on Program Management, Aircraft Maintenance Planning, Flight Operations, and Pilot Training.
