Note: This position is 100% on site at our Duluth, GA headquarters. What You'll Do We're looking for a detail-driven professional to manage and reconcile transactions, ensuring accurate reporting. Your day-to-day will include:

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; or relevant experience
1+ year in accounting, collections, customer service, or similar field
Familiarity with GDS (Worldspan, Apollo, Sabre) & strong computer skills (email, spreadsheets, etc.)
Strong ability to perform basic calculations and analyze data
Focused on accuracy with an eye for identifying discrepancies
Ability to resolve routine issues and recommend solutions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Clear, professional communication (written & verbal)
Strong work ethic and collaborative attitude
Receptive to feedback, self-driven to improve performance

Responsibilities

Auditing and reconciling ARC and non-ARC transactions (sales, refunds, exchanges, commissions, etc.)
Processing weekly ARC reports via IAR and maintaining system interfaces (Worldspan, Sabre, OneLedger)
Resolving transaction discrepancies and performing maintenance
Calculating airfares, taxes, and currency conversions for international tickets
Conducting commission audits and revenue recovery
Handling refunds, inquiries, and correspondence with airlines (frequent flyer credits, etc.)
Collaborating with Operations and Accounting to resolve issues
Reconciliation of weekly sales reports and resolving discrepancies
