About The Position

The Airline Relations Coordinator at Courier Network Inc. is responsible for managing and developing relationships with airlines, which are the primary carriers for the company's expedited shipping services. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Operations Management, or a similar field required.
• Prior experience in Logistics/Transportation/Customer Service, with a preference for experience in Air Freight.
• Ability to handle and work under pressure and make timely decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and active listening skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work with TMS (Transportation Management System) and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with Airlines by effectively communicating the company's operational dynamics and requirements.
• Proactively reach out to airline partners to acquire capacity for prospective time-sensitive shipments.
• Coordinate the loading and offloading of shipments at critical stages by communicating with carriers at respective ports.
• Oversee the correctness of information in a job and manage the planned routes.
