The candidate must comply with customer airline emergency requirements and have a clear understanding of aviation legislative requirements. The role emphasizes due care and diligence in all activities, ensuring a safe, efficient, compliant, and aligned workplace. Compliance with disability-related legislation and equal opportunity principles is also required. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Precision Timing Schedule and producing all loading, weight, and balance documentation according to company and client airline specifications. Familiarity with client airline manuals, including loading and stowage of dangerous goods, is necessary. The position demands 100% compliance with customer airline weight and balance policies and procedures, delivering safe, compliant, and customer-focused weight and balance services. Continuous improvement through proactive support and involvement in change programs is encouraged. Maintaining load control certification and demonstrating ongoing skills through the recertification process is also a key responsibility.
