About The Position

The Airline Baggage Handler at Bags is responsible for verifying passenger boarding passes with their checked bags and moving the bags to the security screening induction system. This role is physically demanding and requires effective communication with passengers and airline staff, as well as adherence to airport security protocols. The position involves working weekends and holidays, and requires the ability to lift heavy luggage consistently throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to clear a background and drug screen.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs consistently throughout the shift.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation.
• Complete all required training including airport compliance.

Responsibilities

• Verify passenger boarding passes with checked bags.
• Move bags to the security screening induction system.
