About The Position

The Airline Accounts Manager at Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is responsible for managing a business unit that ensures the highest standards of service delivery for cargo and passenger operations. This role involves developing strong relationships with airport authorities, supervising staff, overseeing ground support equipment, and ensuring compliance with security and operational standards. The manager will also be tasked with budget control, staff training, and maintaining the company's integrity and image.

Requirements

• Two to five years of previous management or supervisory experience in field service duties.
• Five years of Airline/Ground Handler experience, with a minimum of 2 years in management or 4 years as a supervisor.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong independent judgment and decision-making skills.
• Experience with airline pricing.

Nice To Haves

• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with personal computer software.
