We are seeking an experienced and versatile Structures Design Engineer to join our team. Successful candidates will be highly skilled in the design, analysis and manufacturing of composite and metallic aerospace structures with experience in developing hardware from concept to manufacture. In this role you will work in a fast-paced environment and will need to have a deep understanding of aircraft structures to optimize the development of design tools and processes. As part of a fast-paced innovative team shaping the future of flight, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering groups to define and execute a world-class strategy for designing and developing primary and secondary composite and metallic aircraft structures for Overture and future programs. Your role will be crucial in improving the preliminary structural design through configuration development, participating in and sharing insights of trade studies, as well as developing the detail designs in the next phase of the program.
