We have an Airfield Supervisor position available. The Airfield Supervisor guides and is responsible for the production, safety, and performance of employees. Engage with employees to complete all daily tasks for the department. Coordinate day-to-day activities of crew, train/coach new employees, observe work procedures, perform and inspect completed work to ensure adherence to quality, efficiency, and safety standards. Completes daily shift reports documenting completed work, any accidents/injuries, or issues/incidents. Manually remove and replace fabric aircraft seat covers and deep clean leather aircraft seat covers. Leather and fabric seat covers must be stretched, pulled, and tugged repeatedly and forcibly to ensure a secure fit. Clean up the workspace following each service. Practice safe work methods and perform other related duties as requested. Follow all company policies and procedures. Be physically present at work on all scheduled days/times to meet workload productivity standards.
