About The Position
The position involves providing direct support to military and civilian aircrews during both scheduled and unscheduled flying and ground activities. The role includes offering aircrews necessary information and assistance for planning and conducting safe flight operations, processing flight plans, and conducting research for scheduled flights. Additionally, the position assists the Airfield Manager and participates in scheduling airfield activities with various aviation units. Daily inspections of the airfield for safety, security, and operational functionality are also part of the responsibilities to ensure a safe airfield environment.
