About The Position

RiverTech is seeking Aircrew Training Support personnel to work at Travis AFB. This role involves managing and updating training data, coordinating training schedules, and ensuring compliance with Air Force training requirements. The position is integral to maintaining the operational readiness of aircrew members and involves collaboration with various military personnel and departments.

Requirements

  • Must have an active Secret Security Clearance.
  • Experience as an aircrew member in a Squadron, Group, or Wing training program.
  • Experience working with GTIMS or similar training documentation programs is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High school diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) Flying Squadron, Group, or Wing training program.
  • Applicable Operational Specialty Codes (not required): AFSC - 1C0XX, 1XXX—Operations; 1A0X1—Boom Operator, 1A1X1—Flight Engineer, 1A6X1—Flight Attendant and 1A2X1—Loadmaster.
  • USA MOS - 15; USMC MOS - 60XX, 61XX, 62XX, 73XX, 75XX; USN NEC D0XX, G5XX; 8235/8251/8251—Flight Engineer.

Responsibilities

  • Update training data in Graduate Training Integration Management System (GTIMS) and other required systems.
  • Interface with Host Aviation Resource Management (HARM) and Squadron Aviation Resource Management (SARM) personnel to update the Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS).
  • Build, review, and update student and permanent party records according to Air Force Instructions and local guidance.
  • Coordinate scheduling of classes and exams as required.
  • Ensure crewmembers are scheduled for necessary training events and courses.
  • Perform individual gradebook checks of squadron personnel training requirements.
  • Prepare and execute periodic training/testing plans for approval and scheduling.
  • Coordinate off-site training conferences and seminar attendance as needed.
  • Provide weekly updates to squadron leadership on flight and readiness status of personnel.
  • Assist in the development of new curricula and syllabi for aircrew and ground training as needed.
  • Generate reports and forms to assist with squadron operations, including training requirements and recommendations.
