About The Position
The Aircraft Records Administrator is expected to provide daily assistance to the Aircraft Records Supervisor in the preparation of permanent logbook entries and the processing of aircraft records. The role involves auditing completed maintenance work order packages for errors or omissions, preparing permanent aircraft record entries, maintaining orderly aircraft files, processing completed maintenance work instruction cards, and performing other tasks as directed.
