The Aircraft Pilot is a strategic professional responsible for managing all aspects of trip execution and flight operations, ensuring compliance with operational procedures and government regulations. Requirements

• 6-10 years of relevant experience.
• Possess FAA Airline Transport Pilot's Certificate.
• Current & Valid Passport.
• Current & Valid First Class FAA Medical Certificate.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and FBI criminal background check.
• No restrictions to operate into any country based on past or pending legal actions.
• No history of FAA or other aviation regulatory agency enforcement actions.
• No history of aviation-related accidents or incidents.
• Bachelor's degree, potentially a Master's degree.

Responsibilities

• Act as aircraft pilot and manage all aspects of trip execution and flight operations.
• Plan and execute trip assignments in coordination with Citi Aviation Management, Flight Operations, and Maintenance teams.
• Interact with passengers to ensure clear communication regarding flight safety and comfort.
• Conduct flight operations adhering to the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, regulations, and policies outlined in the Citi Aviation Flight Operations Manual and other relevant documents.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Department to ensure aircraft airworthiness and proper recordkeeping.
• Ensure all required manuals, log books, documents, and navigation charts are current and aboard the aircraft.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Pilot.
• Assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and managing control issues transparently.
