Requirements

Responsibilities

• Prepare painted surfaces and spray primers or various paint finishes to parts and assemblies.
• Select and adjust spray gun according to instructions, perform masking and sanding duties as required prior to painting, and check own work for coverage.
• Professionally apply paint to surfaces while maintaining finish requirements acceptable to shop supervision and quality control.
• Adjust and clean spray gun and paint equipment or other company tools checked out for performing job assignments with appropriate solvents.
• Perform application of anti-corrosive agents to parts and assemblies.
• Responsible for the quality of own work and perform other related duties as required.
