About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Aircraft Painter to support the Decorative Paint Team based out of North Charleston, SC on a Variable Shift. Primary Responsibilities: Prepares exterior surface of aircraft for painting Makes necessary patterns, performs layout and applies prescribed primers, paints and finishes to exterior of aircraft Applies aircraft finishes and external markings to aircraft sections This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Boeing South Carolina. This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Requirements

• Ability to work a variable shift
• 1+ years of painting experience in aircraft, automotive, industrial, or general painting
• Required to wear fall protection gear, safety equipment and masks

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Aircraft paint experience
