About The Position

This position at Lockheed Martin involves supporting the mission of Ebbing Field as a world-class fighter jet training center for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers. The role focuses on aircraft production management, maintenance tracking, and aircrew debriefing, requiring strong communication and organizational skills. Candidates must be adaptable to various shifts and travel requirements, and they will be responsible for training government personnel in aircraft debriefing and maintenance operations.

Requirements

• 4 years experience in U.S. Air Force aircraft maintenance or weapons AFSC (2A and 2W), equivalent U.S. Navy NEC or U.S. Marine MOS, or US Army aviation maintenance MOS or equivalent commercial/civilian experience.
• F-35 or Fifth Generation aircraft maintenance experience.
• Experience and knowledge of Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS).
• Experience with Aircraft Flying/Maintenance Debriefing and the associated software.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Portable Maintenance Aid (PMA) activities such as aircraft forms documentation.
• Knowledge of Safety, Tool Control, Foreign Object Damage (FOD), Supply, Hazardous Material (HAZMAT), Training Management System (TMS), Quality, or Security programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid US Passport.

Responsibilities

• Revise daily aircraft production, PAIR, TCTDs, and aircrew de-brief.
• Use Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) to track aircraft history, maintenance, engine data, and TCTDs.
• Perform aircraft and aircrew debriefing.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Manager on schedules, aircraft status, and issues.
• Provide On-The-Job training to government personnel regarding Aircraft Debriefing and Maintenance Ops Center operations.
• Maintain accurate aircraft status boards and perform other duties as directed by the Manager.
