Avionics experience with Garmin preferred Summary Aircraft Mechanics, Jet will have the following duties include but not limited to are daily maintenance of the aircraft, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance inspections, ordering parts, interfacing with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), vendors, and team members, maintaining ground support equipment, and general upkeep of the aviation facilities. Job Description Mechanical knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. Call upon many resources, experiences and skills, and should be summarily prepared, certified and trained. All requirements put forth in Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Part 135 must be met. Responsible for the safe and efficient conduct of maintenance on the aircraft. Proficient in aircraft maintenance. Good working knowledge of the company Operation Manual, Federal Aviation Regulations, Operations Specifications, Aircraft Flight Manual, Aircraft Maintenance Manual, and any other documents pertinent to Sanford aircraft.
