About The Position
This position works under the supervision of the Shift Supervisor or other A&P Mechanics assisting in the maintenance and preventive maintenance of the fleet/leaseback aircraft, components and equipment.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent, or any combination of education and experience that enables one to perform the job functions
- Ability to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and specifications to determine feasibility and methods of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components
- Must possess all tools

Responsibilities
- Taxi and run up aircraft
- Perform 50/100 Hour Inspections at required intervals on all aircraft and assist on Annual Inspection under the supervision of an A&P IA
- Demonstrate the maturity, judgment and analytical ability to learn to perform all aspects of aircraft maintenance and preventive maintenance on fleet/leaseback aircraft
- Be able to troubleshoot and repair malfunction problems
- Assure completeness of all assigned work documents and records and assist in the cleanup of the maintenance work area
- Perform Coordinate all activities and complete all work required/assigned by D.O.M., Shift Supervisor or supervising A&P Mechanics
