With locations in 15 countries across Europe, North America and Asia, Daher designs and develops value-added solutions for its aeronautical and industrial customers and partners We’re seeking an experienced Final Assembly Line Manufacturing Manager to lead production operations within an FAA Part 21 aircraft manufacturing environment. This role provides hands-on leadership for large production teams and ensures safe, efficient, and compliant final assembly operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Experience managing teams of 50+ employees
• Strong knowledge of FAA Part 21 and aerospace manufacturing
• Lean, Six Sigma, and AS9100 experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all Final Assembly Line (FAL) activities
• Assign and manage personnel across assembly stages to meet production goals
• Ensure compliance with FAA Part 21, AS9100, and company PIS requirements
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, Planning, and FAA designees
• Support FAA audits, conformity inspections, and First Article Inspections
• Drive safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead, coach, and develop teams while fostering a culture of accountability
