About The Position
SkyShare is hiring an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) to support our growing fleet of turbine and turboprop aircraft. Based primarily at our OGD facility, with travel to SLC and on-call locations as needed, you’ll play a key role in keeping our aircraft mission-ready and our operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional maintenance with a safety-first mindset. Your mission is to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and document maintenance and alterations in accordance with 14 CFR regulations, manufacturer guidance, and SkyShare’s General Maintenance Manual. You’ll perform hands-on maintenance on airframes, engines, propellers, and appliances, ensuring the availability, safety, and performance of our fleet, which includes Pilatus PC-12s, Citations, Gulfstreams, and (coming soon) Challengers. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid and current FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience maintaining turbine and turboprop aircraft
- Strong understanding of 14 CFR Part 135 regulations and aviation safety standards
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a high-urgency environment while working both independently and collaboratively under pressure
- Experienced with maintenance tracking programs (e.g., Traxxall, Ebis) and skilled in using digital platforms for documentation and compliance
- Maintains a safety-first mindset and thrives in dynamic, high-pressure environments
- Possesses exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal skills, ensuring professionalism across all levels of the organization
- Demonstrates excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and follow-through skills, consistently demonstrating high accountability in all actions
- Serves as a positive influence in the hangar by modeling professionalism, supporting team morale, and fostering a collaborative environment where apprentices and peers learn safe, efficient, and constructive maintenance habits while maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Must reside in or be willing and able to relocate to the OGD/SLC Utah area.

- Inspection Authorization (IA) preferred, but not required
- Factory training on Pilatus, Citation, or G-series aircraft preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform Aircraft Maintenance: Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on turbine and turboprop aircraft
- Troubleshoot Systems: Diagnose and resolve mechanical and avionics discrepancies using sound judgment and technical expertise with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Perform all maintenance in accordance with 14 CFR regulations and SkyShare standards
- Leverage Digital Tools: Accurately input and manage data using maintenance tracking systems and scheduling software
- Maintain Accurate Documentation: Record all maintenance activities in compliance with FAA and internal documentation requirements
- Collaborate Across Departments: Coordinate with multiple teams and departments to optimize aircraft readiness and turnaround time
- Travel as Needed: Provide maintenance support at SLC, OGD, and remote on-call locations as required
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Uphold SkyShare’s “Deliver the Wow” standard by ensuring high-touch service while maintaining strict compliance and safety
