About The Position

Foxtrot Aviation Services is looking for dedicated, energetic, quality and safety focused individuals to join our ever-growing family! Based at Salina Regional Airport, we are seeking a consistently hard-working technician to help remove Corrosion Inhibiting Compound (CIC) from aircraft stringers, structures, and belly underneath the floorboards. Additional CIC removal will be performed in the landing gear and behind the wings. You will be responsible for the cleaning and detailing of our customer’s facility and aircraft! Aircraft interior services include but are not limited to the cleaning and disinfection of the galley, cockpit, seating areas, carpet, as well as the lavatories. Aircraft exterior services include but are not limited to detailing the exterior of the aircraft, wiping, buffing and much more! Non-Licenses Technician Work, scrapping and cleaning of floorboards. Removal of installation Replacing of sheet metal. Working with a high level of detail while standing, crouching, or lying down 8 to 10 hours per day Medically cleared to wear an N-100 respirator and perform highly physical work in high temperatures The candidate needs to be highly reliable The candidate must be open to working overtime The candidate must communicate well The candidate must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work due to frequent changes in the client schedule Unique Travel Opportunities for network wide strength

Requirements

  • Must be able to pass a 10 year background check and obtain airport badging.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test (this includes the recreational use of Marijuana)
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
  • Capable of bending, twisting, lifting and using machinery such as buffers for extended periods of time.
  • Perform general manual labor.
  • Fear of heights
  • Open availability and flexibility with scheduling.
  • Veterans must provide the form DD214 of discharge information if applicable.

Responsibilities

  • Remove Corrosion Inhibiting Compound (CIC) from aircraft stringers, structures, and belly underneath the floorboards
  • CIC removal will be performed in the landing gear and behind the wings
  • Cleaning and detailing of our customer’s facility and aircraft
  • Cleaning and disinfection of the galley, cockpit, seating areas, carpet, as well as the lavatories
  • Detailing the exterior of the aircraft, wiping, buffing
  • Use hand scrubbers to remove Corrosion Inhibiting Compound
  • Scrapping and cleaning of floorboards
  • Removal of installation
  • Replacing of sheet metal
