About The Position

The Aircraft Detailer Lead is responsible for leading and coordinating teams in the cleaning and maintenance of aircraft exteriors and interiors. This role involves training and supervising staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing supplies and equipment, and conducting quality inspections of completed work. The position requires strong customer service skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• 1 Year of aviation cleaning experience.
• Knowledge of the Aviation Industry.
• Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and tablets.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.
• Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable).
