About The Position

HX5 is currently seeking a Senior Aircraft Depot Maintenance Manager for Headquarters, Air Force Material Command’s A4/FI Life Cycle Management Branch at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio.

Requirements

  • Must have one of the following education and experience: Master’s Degree and ten (10) year’s experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed OR Bachelor’s Degree and twelve (12) years’ experience OR High School Diploma and fifteen (15) years’ of directly related experience.
  • Must have experience/working knowledge of Air Force field and depot aircraft maintenance management processes.
  • Must have experience/working knowledge of the Aircraft Maintenance Production/Compression Report (AMREP) database and aircraft status metrics including Aircraft Availability rates.
  • Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
  • Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
  • Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance by date of hire.
  • Must be able to travel, including air travel.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with AMREP users across Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), contractors, and DoD entities to track aircraft involved in various maintenance and evaluation activities in the AMREP system.
  • Manage AMREP records, provide system training to personnel across multiple locations.
  • Oversee and analyze Air Logistics Center (ALC) data submissions, conduct in-depth analysis, propose solutions, and assist in implementing these recommendations.
  • Conduct enterprise-level scenario analysis, develop metrics, collect data, and produce status reports.
  • Contribute to the revision of AMREP systems and policies and help develop annual depot performance standards using AMREP and Joint Deficiency Reporting System (JDRS) data.
  • Prepare depot production reports for AFMC and other USAF/DoD customers, monitor War Readiness Engine status, and interpret Depot Maintenance policies for accurate aircraft record reporting in AMREP.
