Job Summary: The Aircraft Composite Technician III will ensure that all work accomplished is in accordance with current FAA approved technical data. Adheres to quality maintenance standards in accordance with the company’s Repair Station Manual/Quality Control Manual (RSM/QCM) and other applicable manuals such as company and regulatory guidance materials. This includes Airworthiness Directives Ads, AMM Aircraft Maintenance Manuals, SRM Structural Repair Manual, Engineering Orders, Engineering Authorizations while performing structural repair, replacement, and modification of airframe composite structure and other advanced composite structures, including components. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This is a safety sensitive position and is subject to pre-employment and random DOT drug and alcohol testing. Responsible for reviewing work assigned, obtaining tools and necessary parts, and completing the job in a timely manner following the applicable manuals without sacrificing quality or safety. Ensure that all routine, non-routine, and customer request work cards are correctly completed and properly signed off. Verify calibrated tooling used is current and properly noted on paperwork. Ensure that employees are always kept safe by following the company’s written policies regarding environmental health and safety. The safety and protection of personnel, environment and property is our number one goal. Perform all work assigned in accordance with approved or accepted FAA data. Maintain the premises in a clean and organized manner. Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or other management personnel.
