Owens Corning is seeking a dynamic and experienced AirCare Sales Leader to drive the growth, strategy, and execution of our AirCare Contractor Loyalty Program. This role will lead a national team of AirCare Market Development Managers and oversee the contractor engagement efforts for Owens Corning's portfolio of HVAC insulation solutions, including Duct Board, Duct Wrap, Duct Liner, Loose Fill Insulation, Insulated Flexible Duct. The AirCare Sales Leader will focus on contractor recruitment, retention, and growth through the development of innovative incentive structures, loyalty tiers, training initiatives, and collaborative go-to-market strategies. This role is critical to strengthening Owens Corning's HVAC channel partnerships and expanding the adoption of our insulation products across residential HVAC markets.
