About The Position

You get to sell the products and memberships that you believe in & when they’re the right fit for the client. You’ll learn a new skill in airbrush tanning, and get your foot in the door to the beauty industry. We believe in internal promotion, and are going to continue promoting from within as we grow and add additional locations each year! Our Airbrush Technicians have a passion for making our clients feel bronzed and beautiful! All skills are learned through our extensive paid training program to be able to thrive in a fast paced and high volume environment with the opportunity to be able to connect with clients that are coming in for all different kinds of special events. Our team thrives on efficient multitasking – seamlessly blending spraying expertise with a few front-desk tasks. At the heart of it all, each store operates like a tight-knit family, ensuring an unparalleled experience for our clients.

Requirements

Airbrush Technicians must be at least 18 years of age. Our paid training program will teach you everything you need to know
Delivering the best client experience possible
Ability to stand for substantial periods of time and be able to bend knees to squat repeatedly + bend the body downward and forward by bending legs and/or spine
Ability to hold an airbrush tanning gun upright for 20+ minutes at a time
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must

Nice To Haves

Experience with airbrush makeup or tanning is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Perform airbrush tanning services
Greet + check in/check out clients with our appointment booking + processing system, Booker
Learn + maintain expert level knowledge of S+B airbrush tanning + sugaring services, memberships, and product line
Answer client questions surrounding the tanning process, formula, services offered, and before/aftercare of the clients service
Perform side tasks including maintaining cleanliness of lobby and tanning rooms, restocking product and disposables
Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services
