Air Traffic Training Specialist Location: Bethesda, MD Peraton is looking for an Air Traffic Training Specialist to play a critical role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of training delivered under the BNATCS program. In this role, you’ll serve as a key liaison between vendors and the customer, helping ensure training solutions align with system requirements and support safe, reliable air traffic operations. Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
  • 12+ years of experience as a Training Specialist, with expertise in training program design and delivery, learning needs assessment, curriculum and instructional design, and employee skill development
  • Proven experience facilitating in-person and virtual training, vendor management, program administration, and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Strong background in training evaluation, performance metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated skills in coaching and mentoring, organizational development, project management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or an additional four years of relevant experience

Responsibilities
