About The Position
Will serve as an ATCS (Staff Support Specialist) in the Fairbanks Flight Service Station (FSS) facility in Alaska. The position involves providing support to an AFSS facility, managing day-to-day and long-term programs such as orders, goals, quality control, and training. Responsibilities include maintaining personnel training records, developing annual training plans, issuing area knowledge training for new employees, and continuously reviewing work processes to ensure they meet the agency's mission and customer needs.
