About The Position
The Staff Support Specialist is responsible for providing tactical, strategic, and administrative support across multiple program areas within the National Airspace System. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of air traffic control (ATC) and the ability to analyze, evaluate, and develop new methods and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. The specialist will collaborate with various facilities and lines of business, ensuring effective communication and the achievement of facility goals and objectives.
