Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least a couple of years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse staff, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure efficient operations.
• Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods, to meet customer requirements and maintain high service quality.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a secure and compliant work environment.
• Implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
