About The Position
OEC Group is looking for recent graduates with a degree related to Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or International Business, or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry. The position involves coordinating all aspects of air import shipments including preparing documentation, data entry, tracing, billing, and arranging deliveries. The role requires closely tracking and tracing all international and domestic cargo movement to meet tight deadlines, maintaining effective communication with internal and external parties, generating and monitoring reports daily, creating invoices for billing purposes, and addressing inquiries.
