About The Position

The Air Duct Cleaning Technician role at Perpetual Labor Sourcing LLC involves providing high-quality air duct cleaning services to improve indoor air quality and HVAC system efficiency. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License/Identification.
• Must have valid US documentation supporting your ability to work in the US.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Background history must pass all refinery requirements (no crime within 10 years).
• Must be able to pass English Competency Test.

Nice To Haves

• TWIC Card preferred.
• OSHA 10 Certification preferred.
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect ducts and HVAC systems prior to cleaning.
• Load and unload necessary tools and equipment at the project site.
• Conduct demolition of walls or ceilings if access is limited.
• Use power tools and equipment to remove or replace ducts as necessary.
• Conduct cleaning of ducts as required.
• Perform operator-level maintenance on equipment and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
