The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) is looking for an Air Dominance Flight Test Operations Instrumentation Manager to join our team in Berkeley, MO. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the instrumentation team supporting key Boeing programs such as T-7A, MQ-25, F-15 (domestic and international), and Phantom Works. The work scope requires comprehensive management of employees performing engineering and technical work scope in the area of test installations and architecture to include: requirements specific to test installations; design of test installations; supplier management of test parts procurement, fabrication and assembly; flight test installation design planning; coordination with key suppliers (SAFRAN, TTC, Calculex, etc); and Earned Value Management (EVM) oversight of work scope. The applicant will be responsible to develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures, and set operational goals. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with internal and external customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Manages, develops and motivates employees. Current scope under this position includes T-7A, MQ-25, F-15, and Phantom Works programs. This position is primarily first shift; however selected candidate must be willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime. Candidates should reside in St. Louis Missouri area (where relocating would not be required) or be willing to relocate. Relocation assistance is available to eligible candidates. These positions may require travel (including international) in support of meetings or testing to alternate sites.
