About The Position

The Air and Space Defense Systems Business Unit (SBU) is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the important role of Program Administration Support. In this role your primary responsibilities will be providing direct support to the Vice President, Air Dominance and other Air Dominance leaders and supporting functions, provide as-needed support for program employees within the Portfolio, and interface with staff across other Programs and Portfolios within the Air and Space Defense Systems SBU. The candidate must exhibit the utmost level of professionalism and use strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with the Air Dominance leadership team. You must maintain a high degree of confidentiality and will need to exhibit discretion when handling sensitive information. This position is an onsite role located in Tucson, Arizona. Relocation is not available.

Requirements

  • Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post-high school training) with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience supporting large employee populations, groups, or leaders.
  • Experience with meeting scheduling and coordination, event planning, travel arrangements and/or preparing reports.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.

  • Experience in making independent judgement for assisting leaders, customers, employees, and others.
  • Experience working with Raytheon tools, such as CAFM, ServiceNow, Concur, SAP/APEX, RTime, etc.
  • Experience with Raytheon policies, procedures, forms, and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Program customer support including program escorts for in-person meetings.
  • Compile and/or assist in preparation of various documents, to include but not limited to meeting minutes, presentations, reports, correspondence, and other materials.
  • Manage calendars, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes with attention to detail with numerous time zones.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and complete expense reports and other associated tasking in a timely manner.
  • Arrange for conference rooms, catering, audio/video and other essential services for meetings and conferences.
  • Program building and facilities support management; maintaining office inventory, anticipating needed supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Submit visit requests via approved Raytheon tools.
  • Build and maintain good business relationships with managers and administrative personnel.
