Position Overview: KODA Technologies is seeking an Air Defense System C3 Analyst with a strong engineering or physics background and experience with command, control, and communications. You will assess and analyze emerging foreign air defense systems , focusing on network-centric fire control, tactical data links, and C3 architectures, to support key national security customers. This role requires independent analytical thought, effective communication, and collaboration with experts across radar, missile guidance, and operational domains.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (EE, AE, SE), Physics, Computer Science , or related discipline
  • 5+ years of relevant experience analyzing or working with C3/C4I, air defense fire control, or networked data link systems
  • Familiarity with tactical data links and net-centric architectures
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to produce high-quality technical assessments
  • eligible or active TS/SCI with Poly.

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of sensor fusion, track correlation, battle management , and decision support systems
  • Exposure to radar system fundamentals or missile guidance/intercept mechanics
  • Experience in technical intelligence analysis, intelligence source data utilization, test & evaluation, or modeling & simulation
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical and operational analysis of foreign air defense and integrated air/missile defense systems
  • Evaluate C2/C3 architectures, tactical data links, and net-centric fire control integration
  • Analyze system performance, sensor-to-shooter networks, battle management approaches, and combat ID exchanges
  • Prepare clear technical assessments, briefings, and written deliverables for government customers
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including radar, EW, missile guidance, and intelligence specialists
  • Support system-of-systems evaluations and comparative capability studies
  • Apply analytical rigor to complex problems with incomplete or classified data
