About The Position
Objectives Performs the daily duties on the principle of the SFS corporate model and values Actively supports and represents the SFS brand Principal Duties Contributes to a good work climate and teamwork Follows the QES (Quality, Environmental, Safety) standards Follows HR policies Actively participates in Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) Actively participate to achieve the defined MbOs Is committed to further pursuing training Is committed to cleanliness, preventive maintenance and proper use of assigned equipment Follows applicable work instructions and guidelines located in BMS Understands and works by production paperwork / data entry Actively prevents and detects potential quality problems Actively communicates with Group Leader Works with Group Leader to maintain a high delivery service level Understands and performs material handling tasks Has detailed knowledge of assigned equipment and operates it with highest efficiency
