We are seeking a highly motivated, exceptional senior applied research engineer with experience in bringing the latest research to life in stunning, visually immersive products. You'll advance and apply the latest ML techniques to craft a meaningful experience for millions of users worldwide through both rapid prototyping and experimentation - then bring the best of those experiences to users around the world.

Requirements

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
• Strong understanding of ML operations, including model development, evaluation, and deployment.
• Outstanding project and program management capabilities.
• Track record of building strong partnerships with business collaborators.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex ML concepts for various audiences.
• Results-driven with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with large-scale ML deployments in customer service environments.
• Deep understanding of responsible AI practices and model governance frameworks.

Responsibilities
