About The Position

We are looking for a highly motivated, result-oriented team player with a strong background in ML and hands-on experience in software development to join our team. Our mission is to advance the state-of-art reasoning and optimization techniques for improved accuracy and efficient inference. Thus, the ideal candidate for this position is a researcher and engineer who will relentlessly push the existing boundary with out-of-box thinking and materialize the idea with the very details to impact both Apple partners and research communities.

Requirements

• Experience in tool use, agentic LLMs, RAG
• Experience with processing multiple modalities (i.e., audio/vision) with Foundational Models
• Experience with efficient inference, HW/SW co-design, performance optimization
• Experience with Jax programming
• Understanding ML accelerations and architectures

Responsibilities

• Research and applied work in LLM reasoning, planning, tool use, agentic LLMs, and related topics
• Work on the next generation of LLM and VLM architectures and reasoning models
