About The Position
As an AIML Data Operations Annotation Analyst specializing in Canadian French language, you will be an integral part of Apple's Data Operations team, which is dedicated to enhancing the user experience through innovative technology. This role involves annotating both audio and visual data, as well as evaluating customer responses within a grading program. Your work will directly contribute to the improvement of Siri and other Apple services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and user satisfaction. You will leverage your language skills and cultural knowledge to assess data against established guidelines, providing valuable insights that drive product enhancements. The environment is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring a keen ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing workflows. You will be expected to work Monday through Friday, with flexible hours starting between 7 AM and 9 AM and ending between 4 PM and 6 PM, depending on business needs. Your role will not only involve technical skills but also a strong commitment to customer privacy and integrity, as you will be handling sensitive data.
