About The Position
The PARA-CAMPUS/AIDE PEARS position at Shadycrest Elementary involves assisting the special education teacher in the preparation and management of classroom activities and administrative requirements to support the physical and instructional needs of students with disabilities. The role includes implementing classroom programs such as self-help, behavior management, data collection, and instruction. The aide will work under the general supervision of the principal and the immediate direction of a certified teacher.
