Accura HealthCare of Spirit Lake has an opportunity to welcome Aides in Training to participate in our CNA Scholarship Program! Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work within the desired shifts where we have current needs.
• Proven success in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Obtain CNA certification paid for by Accura HealthCare.
• Interact professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents' families, and employees.
• Work full-time and/or part-time as needed.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with strong relationship-building skills.
• Collaborate successfully in a team-oriented environment.
