About The Position

This position is responsible for providing personal care for Home Health and Hospice patients in their place of residence on an intermittent basis, in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations and agency policies and procedures. This is an entry-level support position, working under limited supervision. Work situations require a service-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills for the purpose of supporting delivery of care and services to patients from diverse ethnic and social groups. Independent decision-making is expected in the execution of daily routine duties.

Requirements

• High School graduate or GED.
• Washington State Certified Nursing Assistant license (CNA).
• Current BLS certification.
• Current Washington state driver's license.
• Technical training in related field required.
• Home health or hospice experience preferred.
• One (1) year of Certified Nursing Assistant experience.
• Proof of a safe driving record obtained by a motor vehicle report.
