Overview: We are looking for a motivated intern to help design and implement intelligent automation solutions that streamline enterprise operations. This role combines cutting-edge Generative AI with Microsoft Power Platform tools to create impactful business workflows. The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.

  • Leverage Generative AI models to automate ticket triage, escalation routing, engineer shift assignments, and knowledge retrieval.
  • Utilize Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to orchestrate workflows, manage handoffs, and build dashboards for visibility and accountability.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to translate business needs into scalable automation solutions.
  • Document processes and share best practices for future improvements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or Computer Science (CS)
