We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented AI Workflow Architect Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in designing, optimizing, and implementing AI-driven workflows that address complex business challenges across the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in applying artificial intelligence to real-world problems while collaborating with experts in technology and healthcare solutions.

  • Assist in developing automated workflows using AI technologies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to analyze datasets for workflow insights and identify opportunities for AI integration.
  • Support the creation and testing of AI tools and frameworks that enable seamless workflow orchestration.
  • Draft clear, detailed documentation for workflow architectures, including diagrams, process flows, and technical specifications.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable AI-driven solutions.
  • Help evaluate, monitor, and refine workflows to ensure optimal performance and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Must not require sponsorship to work in the US, now or in the future.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.
  • Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn).
  • Familiarity with workflow management tools and process modeling.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems and datasets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), APIs, and process automation tools.
