Do you love crafting compelling stories and experimenting with emerging tools to scale video production without sacrificing quality?
Join Ellucian’s Marketing team as an AI Video Producer, where you’ll help define the storytelling that brings brand and customer stories to life. In this role, you’ll blend traditional video production expertise with cutting-edge AI tools to produce high-impact, short-form content that supports brand, customers, and internal communications.
You’ll sit within the Customer Impact team, partnering with marketers, designers and customers to develop dynamic, scalable content that supports sales and marketing goals.
A portfolio showcasing both traditional and AI-generated work is required.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital video production (agency or in-house).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Demonstrated experience with generative AI tools for image and video creation (e.g., Runway, Veo, Kling, Midjourney, Nano Banana Pro or similar).
• Familiarity with AI voice tools (e.g., Synthesia, ElevenLabs, or similar).
• Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Experience producing short-form marketing videos for brand or demand generation campaigns.
• A portfolio that demonstrates both traditional production craft and AI-enhanced content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills and comfort incorporating feedback.
• Curiosity about emerging AI technologies and how they can transform creative workflows.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in B2B SaaS or higher education marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• AI-Accelerated Video Production
• Conceptualize, produce, and edit short-form video content using both traditional production methods and emerging AI tools.
• Leverage AI platforms to enhance speed, scale, and personalization while maintaining brand quality and consistency.
• Experiment with new generative tools for video, imagery, voice, and music – and help identify scalable use cases for the marketing team.
• Storytelling & Script Development
• Develop scripts, storyboards, and creative concepts rooted in customer insights and campaign objectives.
• Translate complex higher education narratives into clear, compelling stories.
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to align content with campaign goals and messaging frameworks.
• Editing, Motion & Post-Production
• Edit and assemble AI-generated and traditionally captured media into polished, high-performing video assets.
• Create motion graphics, animations, and branded visual elements.
• Ensure all content meets accessibility standards and brand guidelines.
• Personalization at Scale
• Use AI workflows to generate variations tailored to different audiences or campaign channels.
• Explore automation strategies to increase output without compromising creative integrity.
• Measurement & Optimization
• Monitor engagement metrics and campaign performance.
• Apply data-driven insights to refine creative approaches and improve production efficiency over time.
• Collaboration & Workflow
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, design, product, and sales.
• Help maintain organized asset libraries and scalable production workflows.
• Contribute to evolving best practices around responsible and effective AI use in marketing.
