About The Position

We are seeking an AI Transformation Product Manager to lead dedicated AI Transformation Pods aimed at improving operational efficiency across the organization. In this role, you will identify high-value opportunities for AI automation, define product requirements, and manage the full lifecycle of AI-powered solutions. You will collaborate closely with go-to-market teams and executive stakeholders to ensure initiatives deliver measurable impact. The role demands strong technical understanding of AI capabilities, product management expertise, and the ability to translate complex operational problems into actionable solutions. You will leverage AI tools to rapidly prototype and implement solutions, track outcomes, and communicate progress to leadership. This position offers exposure to cutting-edge AI technologies and a chance to directly influence strategic initiatives at the executive level.

Requirements

• Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
• Coursework or practical experience in AI/ML, product development, or entrepreneurship.
• Prior product management experience, with demonstrable expertise in AI-driven solutions.
• Software engineering experience and proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred).
• Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and modern AI capabilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at the executive level.
• Ability to translate complex operational challenges into AI-powered solutions.
• Track record of measuring and communicating business impact of initiatives.
• Comfortable presenting to C-suite executives and board members.
• Experience with AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, v0) and a GitHub profile or portfolio showcasing relevant projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated AI Transformation Pod aligned with a specific go-to-market function.
• Identify and validate high-impact opportunities for AI-powered automation and efficiency improvements.
• Define product requirements, roadmaps, and oversee the full lifecycle of AI-native solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, executives, and functional teams to ensure alignment and adoption of AI initiatives.
• Utilize AI-enabled development tools to rapidly prototype, iterate, and deploy solutions for internal users.
• Measure and report on the business impact of deployed AI solutions.
• Present updates and evangelize initiatives to executive leadership, ensuring visibility and support.
• Partner with the AI Platform Engineering team to scope and prioritize reusable infrastructure for broader AI initiatives.
