About The Position

AI is rapidly reshaping how companies grow- how they innovate, acquire customers, personalize experiences, and scale commercial performance. Yet most organizations struggle to move beyond pilots and point solutions toward AI-enabled growth systems that actually work at enterprise scale. BOI is an AI Transformation Studio that helps ambitious companies redesign their growth engines for the autonomous age. We partner with leadership teams from C-suite, innovation, marketing, and commercial functions across industries including consumer goods, healthcare, financial services, industrials, and F&B to identify where AI can create real growth leverage. We define the transformation strategy and build the AI-powered products operating models required to make it real- from first of their kind concepts to scalable enterprise solutions. We don’t just advise, we design and build what organizations need to grow with AI. As an AI Transformation Manager, you will lead AI strategy and engineering engagements focused on growth functions within large organizations. You will work directly with senior client leaders across innovation, marketing, sales, and commercial teams to identify high impact AI opportunities, translate them into concrete solutions, and guide work from framing through execution. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and technology, and involves close collaboration with BOI’s internal AI engineering, design, and technology teams to turn ambition into working systems. You will own engagements end to end, serve as the day to day client lead, and ensure AI initiatives move from concept to adoption and measurable impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead AI strategy and build engagements end to end, owning problem framing, solution direction, delivery, and outcomes. You will make clear trade-offs on scope, priorities, and timelines to keep work focused, credible, and moving forward.
  • Identify where AI creates growth leverage across innovation, marketing, sales, and commercial workflows and where it does not. You will translate broad ambition into clear opportunity areas, use cases, and decisions clients can act on.
  • Design and deliver AI enabled solutions, including workflows, prototypes, decision systems, or products that are tangible, testable, and commercially credible. You will work hands-on with AI tools and approaches while partnering closely with BOI’s AI engineering team to translate strategy into built technology.
  • Lead day to day client relationships, providing clarity in moments of ambiguity, navigating stakeholder complexity, and maintaining momentum under pressure. You will anticipate risks, surface issues early, and align internal and client teams around delivery.
  • Grow impact through delivery and team leadership, developing team members through clear direction and feedback, and turning successful engagements into reusable cases, approaches, and credibility that strengthen BOI’s growth practice.
