Iwaki America is hiring an AI Transformation Associate to support the successful deployment and adoption of AI agents within its Customer Service and Technical Support organizations. In the initial phase, this role is highly execution-focused and embedded directly with Iwaki’s Customer Service and Technical Support teams. The role works closely with Iwaki stakeholders and acts as the primary day-to-day liaison with Ampliwork, supporting implementation, training, adoption, and performance tracking of the agents. This is not a software engineering role. It is a business-first, operational AI enablement role focused on making AI tools work reliably in real workflows.
