As a Manager in AI Transformation Advisory, you’ll lead engagements that define how organizations design, deploy, adopt and scale AI with humans at the center. You’ll partner with executives and operational teams to craft AI strategies, drive innovation pipelines, empower new capabilities and adoption and deliver enterprise-grade solutions across industries. This role blends business strategy, process redesign, technology fluency, leadership and coaching—ideal for a consultant who can move seamlessly between C-suite advisory and hands-on engagement and problem solving. Experience and Role Description As a Manager, you will: Lead client engagements focused on defining AI strategy, transformation roadmaps, and implementation plans. Shape and drive go-to-market (GTM) initiatives for AI solutions in collaboration with industry and digital capability leads. Oversee multi-disciplinary teams delivering AI projects—ensuring alignment across process redesign, architecture, AI engineering, and change management. Advise senior executives on investment prioritization, operating models, and AI governance frameworks. Define and manage AI solution portfolios, including agentic systems, RAG pipelines, and model lifecycle management. Design and orchestrate multi-agent frameworks to automate knowledge work, enhance productivity, and improve decision-making. Serve as the “front door” for AI innovation, capturing market feedback, surfacing new ideas, and refining product/solution concepts. Promote responsible AI, embedding ethics, transparency, and security into every project. Mentor and develop consultants, building AI advisory expertise across the team. Contribute to firm growth through thought leadership, business development, and client relationship management. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science preferred. 7–10 years of experience in consulting, technology, or enterprise transformation roles, with a focus on AI or digital strategy. 3+ years of experience leading AI/ML solution delivery, including Generative and Agentic AI systems. Proven ability to bridge business and technology—translating strategic objectives into scalable AI roadmaps. Strong understanding of AI platform ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP) and deployment architectures. Demonstrated leadership managing cross-functional delivery teams and executive stakeholders. Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills; ability to influence at the C-suite level. Preferred: Prior experience building or commercializing AI solutions or products within consulting or enterprise environments. Expertise in RAG architectures, orchestration frameworks, and agent design principles. Familiarity with AIOps / MLOps, data platform modernization, and cloud infrastructure. Certifications in cloud AI platforms (Azure AI Engineer, AWS Machine Learning Specialty, Google Professional ML Engineer). Experience mentoring junior consultants and building AI delivery capability within teams.
